Automeck India has introduced an innovative solution known as Coolmeck, which is designed to effectively reduce temperatures in industrial environments. One notable application of Coolmeck is in steel plants, where it has demonstrated the capability to lower temperatures by 6 to 7 degrees Celsius. This cooling is achieved with a remarkably low water consumption rate of just 2 liters per minute, making Coolmeck an efficient and sustainable option for temperature control.
How do the COOLMECK REDUCE THE TEMPERATURE ?
1 Dust Catcher can capture dust particles below 10 microns.
2 It can be installed any whereas It does not require any kind of supports like Pneumatic Lines , Water Pipe Lines, Compressors, Nozzles and Nozzle Headers etc.
3 Even It does not have “NOZZLES”. ( no nozzle means no choking.) It has got a unique technology to generate water cloud with a controlled moisture.
4 It Requires maximum 2 bar inlet water pressure and the water consumption is mere “120 Liter/ Hour”. ( 2 liters per minute, water consumption can be reduced to 500 milliliter / minute if required.)
5 Self weight of the Unit is below 70 Kg, so it can be hanged easily on a structure.
6 Power consumption is mere less than 1 kw. ( huge electricity savings )
7 Easy to install and plug and play the machine.
8 Extremely less maintenance prone machine.
9 Coverage area is high. It suppresses dust in 30 meter radius and it can oscillate up to 330 degree.
